There is a lot going on again, both
indoors and out! We are plastering, painting, wallpapering and tiling, etc. etc.
We have laid a wonderful oak floor in the apartments, so at the beginning of
September we can continue with the interior furnishings.
The outdoor area is taking shape! The paving has been
laid, the balconies installed and the terraces rendered.
The future green
areas which have been freshly sown are particularly benefiting from the rain of
the last few days. The first shrubs have also been put in place. It’s looking
good!
But the work is also continuing indoors. The floor
screed has been laid, and the underground car park comprising more than 30
parking spaces has been painted.

Despite the stormy weather in recent days and weeks, we were able to progress with the work on the roof until the end of February. So following the construction, the roof has already been tiled.
The first floor was built at the beginning of February in radiant sunshine, and we were also able to install the windows on the ground floor.
Thanks to the dry January, the first elements were
delivered, and immediately installed and connected to one another.
So the ground
floor was built, and we gained our first impression of the future
apartments.
The first construction phase of our boarding house near Munich began in March
2019, comprising the excavation work for the underground car park with 32
parking spaces.
The ceremonial laying of the foundation stone
took place on 2 May 2019.
